Free Lens Cleaner



With every purchase of new frames plus prescription lenses will include a lens cleaner.



Frame Warranty



  • For warranty please present your warranty card.
  • All designer frames have a one year warranty from the date of purchase redeemable by the owner of the glasses.
  • All manufacturer nose pad is not under warranty.
  • Frame warranty is limited to one replacement.
  • Warranty does not include shipping or labour charges.
  • Frame warranty covers manufacturer's defects only, does not include damage by miuse or normal wear and tear.
  • Warranty also covers any adjustment fitting suited to your comfort.
  • Warranty does not cover loss, or theft of eye glasses (including frames and/or lenses).

Insurance Claim



We offer direct billing for certain insurance companies, or bring in your insurance claim forms and our staff will assist you with them. For easier assistance please call your insurance company to verify your eligibility and coverage amount. Please contact us for more information on direct billing.



Lens Warranty



  • For warranty please present your warranty card.
  • Warranty does not cover on scratched, chipped, cracked, lost or broken lenses.
  • Warranty is only covered on Nikon, Essilor and Kodak progressive lenses. Duration of the warranty is under 60 days for non-adapt lenses and limited to one replacement.
  • Generic, sun glass lenses, and single vision lenses are not under warranty.
  • Contact lenses are not under warranty.
